So Paul Ryan can beg for stimulus money for his rich union busting friends in Wisconsin, but if someone on welfare gets a phone its the end of the world.
You need a cell phone to get a job, or else you are assumed to be dirty water trash, so why shouldn't the unemployed get help with phones?
