Okay guys for week 14 we're changing things up, rather than giving you a food  item I'm challenging you to a meal, what do you like for breakfast? 
Also to give folks a little more time we'll run week 14 for an extra day,  lets go Sunday to Sunday. We'll start week 15 at this time next week giving a  one day overlap between the two weeks. Play your cards right and you could  complete two weeks on the same day!
