But following their guilty plea, the SPLC sued Metzger and

vicarious liability, plaintiffs’ attorneys argued that
Metzger should be found liable for intentionally inciting
the skinheads to engage in violent confrontations with
minorities. A jury agreed, returning a record $12.5 million
verdict against Metzger and WAR. Tom Metzger was personally
responsible for $5.5 million of that sum. Metzger lost his
house, truck and tools (although $45,000 was returned to him
after his house was sold, under provisions of California’s
Homestead Act) and was required to make monthly payments to

Though hobbled by the verdict, Metzger remained active and
unrepentant, albeit much less influential, in the white
supremacist movement of the 1990s. He was able to continue
running his WAR phone hotline and the publishing of white
supremacist pamphlets. Twice in the 1990s, he and his son

Ken Mieske, Skinhead Murderer of Ethiopian Student in 1988, Dies

Ken Mieske – who lived up to his heavy-metal-music moniker “Ken Death” by savagely beating an Ethiopian immigrant to death with a baseball bat in Portland, Ore., in 1988 – died Tuesday in an Oregon hospital.
Mieske and two other members of a racist skinhead group called East Side White Pride (ESWP), Kyle Brewster and Steve Strasser, were involved in the beating and subsequently pleaded guilty to murder, assault and racial intimidation in the attack on graduate student Mulugeta Seraw and another Ethiopian man. The case provided the basis for a landmark Southern Poverty Law Center civil suit against White Aryan Resistance (WAR) founder Tom Metzger, one of most notorious and influential American white supremacists of the last 30 years.
Mieske, 45 – known as “Ken Death” during his days as a death-metal rock musician – had been imprisoned since his arrest. Prison officials did not give a cause of death, but according to The Oregonian, Mieske had long suffered from Hepatitis C.
On the night of Nov. 12, 1988, Mieske (mugshot below), Brewster and Strasser confronted Seraw and the other man standing near Seraw’s car, parked on a side street where he lived, according to The Oregonian. The skinhead posse screamed at the two African men to move, then attacked them. At one point, as Brewster punched Seraw, Mieske moved behind him and struck him twice on the head with a Louisville Slugger bat. As Seraw lay bleeding on the pavement, Mieske struck one more time.
The final blow “crushed his head between the bat and the hard pavement,’” said Portland police Detective Sgt. Tom Nelson, a key detective in the case, according to the newspaper.
Just three weeks prior to Seraw’s murder, Metzger emissary Dave Mazzella, head of WAR’s youth unit, the Aryan Youth Movement, had made contact with ESWP seeking to organize the skinhead group. When the news of the gruesome crime broke, Metzger praised Seraw’s killers for having done their “civic duty.”
But following their guilty plea, the SPLC sued Metzger and WAR on behalf of the victim’s family. Using the doctrine of vicarious liability, plaintiffs’ attorneys argued that Metzger should be found liable for intentionally inciting the skinheads to engage in violent confrontations with minorities. A jury agreed, returning a record $12.5 million verdict against Metzger and WAR. Tom Metzger was personally responsible for $5.5 million of that sum. Metzger lost his house, truck and tools (although $45,000 was returned to him after his house was sold, under provisions of California’s Homestead Act) and was required to make monthly payments to Seraw’s estate for 20 years.

Though hobbled by the verdict, Metzger remained active and unrepentant, albeit much less influential, in the white supremacist movement of the 1990s. He was able to continue running his WAR phone hotline and the publishing of white supremacist pamphlets. Twice in the 1990s, he and his son John traveled to Japan to push their separatist views there. He also was sued in 1991 for using the Bart Simpson character on “Nazi Bart” T-shirts.
Since losing the civil trial, Metzger has been advocating that white supremacists adopt a “lone wolf” or “leaderless resistance” strategy and engage in criminal actions only individually or in small cells. He argues this will help to avoid detection by law enforcement. “Membership organizations are fraught with leaks and agents,” Metzger explained on his website.

Neo-Nazi Bill White Back in the Real Estate Business
Neo-Nazi Bill White Back in the Real Estate Business

Neo-Nazi Internet gossip and budding real estate magnate
Bill White has had a busy couple of months. Just recently
out of prison after spending over two years for making
various threats, White has already contributed several
articles to the American Free Press, an anti-Semitic weekly
founded by Holocaust denier Willis Carto.
And now, according to correspondence obtained by Hatewatch,
he is wading back into the real estate business – apparently
going back to his pre-prison routine of buying up cheap
properties, renovating them, and renting them out for more.
Once the head of the neo-Nazi American National Socialist
Workers Party, in December 2009 a federal jury found White
guilty of threatening several people through intimidating
phone calls and internet postings. He was sentenced to 2 ½
years in prison at an April 2010 hearing. In January 2011,
White was found guilty in another case of posting personal
information on his website about the jury foreman in the
trial of another white supremacist. A federal judge threw
out that conviction three months later on First Amendment
grounds, and White was released April 20.
In mid-July, he posted an advertisement on Craigslist
seeking a property manager and real estate manager in
Roanoke, Va. Hatewatch has obtained a copy of the message
White sent to those who responded:
“First, I am ‘the’ Bill White that people like to make noise
about,” he wrote. “If this is a problem for you, let me know
and I am not offended. Much if not most of what you have
likely read about me is untrue, but I have no desire to
engage in a discussion over it.” The rest of the email is a
job description and information about the company. White
says he represents a group of investors who, starting with a
handful of properties, hope over the next two years to put
up $10 million and buy 100 or more buildings.
White is no stranger to the real estate game. He began
buying up properties in 2004, accumulating houses and
apartment buildings in a largely black neighborhood for what
he called his “ghetto improvement project.” His reported
pattern of improving the distressed properties, raising
rents, and, often, booting out original residents who could
no longer afford to stay, led the local Legal Aid Society to
file complaints with the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development. Tenants at the time also claimed White
walked around their neighborhood armed with a shotgun and
tried to intimidate them by saying the Klan was coming to
“regulate” the area.
The new company described in his email is called “J Evola
Group, LLC” – presumably in honor of Julius Evola, an
Italian Nazi philosopher obsessed with the pre-Christian
origins of Indo-European culture whose racial theories were
adopted and codified by Mussolini in 1938. Calling for a
“Great Holy War” to battle national and ideological enemies,
Evola exerted a significant influence on a generation of
militant neo-fascist youth in postwar Italy. Among his

Workers’ Youth League,
We are deeply shocked and saddened by the events that unfolded on Friday in Norway. As leaders of youth political parties in the UK, we are hurt by what happened and offer our thoughts and condolences to the friends and families of those who tragically died.
We know Friday’s events are hugely testing to the people of Norway, but they are already coming out stronger. Bullets will not take away freedom of speech, the ability to work for progressive principles or the opportunity to debate in a free and fair democracy. We all want to see young people in the future get the best out of society. We stand with our peers to ensure that this will never be undermined by hatred.
We all hold training events and organise activities similar to the Workers’ Youth League. What happened is incomprehensible.
But the barrel of a gun will never win the battle of ideas and these horrific actions have only served to entrench our belief and understanding of democracy, making it stronger as a result.

Missouri White Supremacist Convicted on Weapons Charges
What ever happened with Robert N. Joos Jr ??
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A former Eagle Scout and U.S. Air Force Academy cadet was convicted Tuesday on federal weapons charges after being caught up in an undercover sweep of white supremacists who claimed they used his 200-acre Ozarks spread for survival training.
Robert N. Joos Jr., 57, was arrested at his home in rural McDonald County in June, when brothers Daniel and Dennis Mahon were taken into custody in Illinois and charged in a 2004 mail bombing that injured a black city official in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Joos was not charged in the bombing, but the Mahons told investigators members of the "movement" used Joos' isolated home for training. They described Joos as a "longtime white supremacist associate and an expert on weapons, explosives, bomb making and general survival skills."
Joos has acknowledged in the past giving survivalist tips but said they involved identifying plants that could be use for food or medicine. He testified Tuesday that he "is not a terrorist" and "absolutely not" a white supremacist.
"I don't condone any of that crap," he testified.
In an interview with the Associated Press before his trial, however, he said he believes in keeping the races separate.
Joos did not react when the verdict was read about a half hour after the jury left to deliberate. His lawyer, Darryl Johnson, said Joos would appeal.
Johnson had advised Joos not to testify and said after the trial that he felt Joos' testimony hurt his case because of its "vagueness" and "because he changed his mind when I asked him direct questions."
Jim Kelleher, assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, said after the verdict that he could not comment.
Joos faces up to 10 years in prison on each of charge of being a felon in possession of firearms and a felon in possession of explosives. Sentencing has not yet been set.
The government's case stemmed from three recent visits undercover agents made to the property outside Pineville where Joos has lived for more than 20 years. During those visits, undercover agents said they saw weapons and ammunition and Joos told them he had "rifles loaded with armor piercing ammunition" and caves for storing food, weapons and ammunition "to avoid capture or attack by the government or other adversaries," according to an affidavit filed after his arrest.
During the trial, Kelleher repeatedly referred to the 19,000 rounds of ammunition confiscated from Joos' home.
"That's the amount of ammunition Bass Pro might have here in their showroom," he said, referring to the outdoor outfitter.
Several rifles, shotguns and handguns taken from the property were also submitted as evidence.
Joos testified he didn't know who owned the weapons and ammunition and ticked off the names of several people who had access to the rooms where they were found.
He described himself as a "Christian Isrealite" and said he's been a pastor in a small branch of a church called the Sacerdotal Order of the David, which has a handful of followers. A wiry man with graying hair and beard that falls past his chest, Joos said the government has been after him since he started studying for the ministry.
But Kelleher accused Joos of using the church as a cover and characterized him as a weapons expert, who learned a great deal while studying for two and a half years at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Joos left the academy in January 1974 after refusing to retake a test he failed.
Before the Air Force Academy, Joos attended Maplewood-Richmond Heights High School in suburban St. Louis, where he graduated third in his class in 1971 and was a highly decorated Eagle Scout, according to his testimony.
"He probably has a higher IQ than all the attorneys in here," Johnson said after the trial. "He had a lot of potential."

Modern day jews
Those enemies of mankind deserve more than a ‘slap on the face’. It is up to us to see that they get what’s coming to them.
When will you ignorant people realize that your modern day jew is not a Hebrew of the old testement,( they are kazars from southern russia and have no Hebrew blood in them). Nor is a Hebrew of the old testement a modern rabinical jew! quoted from the 1984 jewish aluminac. Isrealites are not jews.jews are not Isrealites.
Modern day jews are not of palestine and are not the Judahites of the old testement, but are inbreed edomite Kazars. Modern day Isrealites are the true Shemites,Ishmaels children(Arabs) and the 12 tribes of Jacob. Arabs and white Europeans. To know what becomes of the modern john 8:44 people (esau’s children) read the book of Obahdiah,I thess.2:14,15.

A far-right Norwegian nationalist with ardent anti-Muslim views levelled savage blows at the mainstream political culture of his country with massive attacks on the government building housing the prime minister’s office and a summer camp at which young followers of the ruling Labor Party played. He killed 80 people. There are many questions raised by the savagery of this attack. How could Norwegian security allow such a thing to happen in the heart of Oslo, in a government facility housing the nation’s leader and political heart? How do we apprehend the enormity of the devastation and the fact that it was wrought by a far-right terrorist targeting the country’s liberal political leadership? But for me, another important question which no one, so far is asking is why did most of the world first think the terrorist/s responsible were Muslim, when the actual killer hates Muslims?
In fact, this is what the New York Times wrote in its story which did report the political affiliation of the killer:
Initial reports focused on the possibility of Islamic militants, in particular Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami, or Helpers of the Global Jihad, cited by some analysts as claiming responsibility for the attacks. American officials said the group was previously unknown and might not even exist.
There was ample reason for concern that terrorists might be responsible.
How’s that again? Are the only terrorists in the world Muslim? If so, what do we call a right-wing nationalist capable of planting major bombs and mowing down scores of people for the sake of the greater glory of his cause? If even a liberal newspaper like the Times can’t call this guy a terrorist, what does that say about the mindset of the western world?
It’s absolutely imperative for the world to face the fact that for every Islamist willing to resort to violence there is a right-wing nationalist willing to do the same. We can see that in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Equally important to note that while there may be some on the left who have resorted to violence (in this country in the 1960s for example), the overwhelming share of mayhem comes from the political right. We can see that in Israel, where the extreme settler movement assassinated a prime minister and murdered fellow Israeli Jews. The same holds true here in the U.S., where a white supremacist, Jared Loughner, recently murdered a federal judge and several others in addition to nearly assassinating Gabrielle Giffords, a Jewish member of Congress.
Norwegian bloggers are reporting that Breivik is the author of a blog called Fjordman and that he’s guest blogged for Atlas Shrugs, Jihad Watch and Gates of Vienna “for years.” As Breivik, he publicly praised one of her posts. Elise Hendrick has translated a passage from Realisten which confirms that Fjordman and Breivik are one and the same:
According to his own statements, Anders Behring Breivik previously operated the blog ‘Fjordman’, and later wrote for many years under the pseudonym Fjordman for the anti-Muslim and Zionist blogs Gates of Vienna and Jihad Watch.
In fact, an intrepid friend of Elise’s has created a web page with the “collected works” of the miraculous Fjordman. Pretty soon there’ll be a Festschrift in his honor. And did you know he’s written a book (of course he has, he’s an articulate mass-murderer), Defeating Eurabia. It’ll only set you back 50 bucks to get a glimpse into the mind of an anti-jihadi terrorist. Here’s a favorable review of Geert Wilders magnum opus, Fitna penned by Fjordman. And don’t ya know that feminism leads to the oppression of women, natch. And Caucasophobia is racism, of course.
I was curious about the views of such an individual would be regarding Israel. And lo and behold, the educated terrorist doesn’t disappoint. Here is his Why Europeans Should Support Israel. With friends like this does Israel need enemies?
There may be people out there more knowledgeable about the minds of assassins, but I’ve rarely heard of articulate mass murderers. The most recent one that comes to mind is the Unabomber who wrote long treatises which were published unwillingly by several major newspapers. Perhaps readers can think of others. But generally, it appears that our man Breivik is a paragon of the pathological literary mindset.
I don’t think we can blame Robert Spencer or Pam Geller specifically for not being able to predict that one of their political allies would be a homicidal killer and terrorist. But still, if you lie down with dogs you’ll wake up with fleas. The brand of hate peddled by Geller and Spencer naturally attracts such a following. H/t Loonwatch.
Breivik’s Twitter account contains a single tweet:
One person with a belief is equal to the force of 100 000 who have only interests.
To which I’ve replied in a tweet of my own:
One person with homicidal right wing beliefs is equal to the force of 100,000 who think only Muslims can be terrorists.
My strong hunch is that there must be a substantial group which participated in this conspiracy. One man doesn’t make and plant two bombs and then travel to an island and kill 70 people alone.
Whether it is Israel, the U.S., or Norway, if we wear blinders which prevent us from seeing that Muslims are NOT the only people capable of mass political violence, then we have left ourselves vulnerable to the ascendancy of a violent far-right political culture. If you examine what happened in 1995, when Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated, the Israeli political liberal-centrist mainstream basically imploded after a series of Palestinian bombings and the onset of the second Intifada. All of which enabled the ascendancy of settler extremists and their Likud fellow travellers who have now taken control of Israel’s political discourse. People now forget that one of the most savage acts of political incitement was a speech delivered by Bibi Netanyahu from a Jerusalem balcony while members of the crowd brayed for blood vengeance against Rabin. The assassination followed shortly thereafter. Bibi, the Likud and the settlers have been the ones who gained the most politically from the murder.
I would never hold that the political left is wholly pure and virtuous, but when it comes to an impulse to violence those on the far-right largely have the market cornered.

Breivik sent 'manifesto' to 250 UK contacts
The man responsible for the mass killing in Norway emailed his 1,500-page document to 250 British contacts less than 90 minutes before he began his attack, according to a Belgian MP.
Anders Behring Breivik sent his manifesto to 1,003 email addresses at 2.09pm on Friday – less than an hour and a half before he detonated a bomb in Oslo.
According to Tanguy Veys MP for the rightwing anti-Muslim party Vlaams Belang, – and one of those who received the document – approximately a quarter of those on the email list were UK-based.
"I think the UK was the biggest group [of recipients]," he told the Guardian last night. "There were people from Italy, France Germany … but the UK was the biggest number."
Using the name Andrew Berwick, Breivik emailed his manifesto and a link to a YouTube video and addressed each recipient "Western Europe patriot" and wrote: "It is a gift to you … I ask you to distribute it to everyone you know."
It has been reported that Scotland Yard's domestic extremism unit, which is investigating Breivik's British links, has been sent a list of UK-based email addresses although the Met refused to confirm that.
Veys said he had not had any contact with Breivik and condemned his actions.
"Looking through this it seems very difficult to find a criteria for who he sent it to … it is very strange and I am cross I have been associated with him in any way."
The news of the emails came as anti-racism campaigners in the UK said they believed Breivik may have been in touch with activists from the far-right English Defence League as recently as March.
Searchlight, the anti-fascist magazine, said the 32-year-old used the pseudonym of a 12th-century Norwegian king who led one of the Crusades to communicate with people on an English Defence League forum.
In one posting, on 9 March, the author called on rightwing activists in the UK to "keep up the good work". The message said: "Hello. To you all good English men and women, just wanted to say that you're a blessing to all in Europe, in these dark times all of Europe are looking to you in such [sic] of inspiration, courage and even hope that we might turn this evil trend with islamisation all across our continent. Well, just wanted to say keep up the good work it's good to see others that care about their country and heritage. All the best to you all. Sigurd."
Breivik boasted about his links to the UK far-right group in his manifesto. He also wrote that he was given the codename "Sigurd (the Crusader)" at a founding meeting of a group called the Knights Templar Europe in London in 2002. There is no confirmation that the author is Breivik. Sigurd is a common name in Norway.
In other messages, "Sigurd" says he attended a football ground in the UK and expressed his admiration for the EDL.
"I've seen with my own eyes what has happened to england, i was in bradford some years ago, me and a friend walked down to the football stadium of bradford, real 'nice' neighborhood, same thing in the suburbs of london. well thinking about taking a little trip over the sea and join you in a demo. would be nice with a norwegian flag alongside with union jack or the english flag, that is if a norwegian would be welcome offcourse?"
In another message, he goes on to discuss the situation in Norway.
"The biggest problem in Norway is that there is no real free press, there is a left-wing angle on all the political topics so most people are going around like idiots. And offcourse with our norwegian labour party beeing in power for most of the last 50 years dont help. but i i think there is an awakening now at least i hope so."
In his manifesto, Breivik repeatedly refers to the EDL, stating at one point: "I used to have more than 600 EDL members as Facebook friends and have spoken with tens of EDL members and leaders."
"In fact, I was one of the individuals who supplied them with processed ideological material (including rhetorical strategies) in the very beginning."
"There also appears to be a growing dispute among some figures associated with the EDL over who Breivik's "mentor" Richard may be. In his manifesto, the Norwegian said he met "Richard" at the Knights Templar meeting in 2002 and says the pair became "close."
The EDL – which has staged a series of street demonstrations, many of which have turned violent, denies any links to Breivik and has condemned the killings, stating it is a peaceful organisation that rejects all forms of extremism.
Last night the EDL said in an emailed statement that it was "not aware of any contact between Breivik and EDL leadership … of anyone using the name Sigurd and the forum".
"You must realise anyone on the EDL Forum or EDL Facebook can join and make up any name that they may choose."
Since the killings there have been unconfirmed reports that Breivik attended EDL demonstrations in the UK last year – possibly in London and Newcastle

Anders Behring Breivik has shown us the way
Killing future liberal political leaders, an idea whose time has come...
Why is it that liberal politics have failed to thrive during the past two decades? And what's the future for liberalism..
Truly God was right when He said, "Thinking themselves wise, they have made themselves fools."
In violating God's Laws, we have made ourselves criminals before Him deserving eternal incarceration in His eternal penal system, the Lake of Fire. But God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that who so ever believes in Him will have ever lasting life. Simply put, acknowledge your crimes against His Laws given to us in love and for our protection, turn from your crimes against His Laws, and accept the payment Jesus made for your crimes against His Laws and you will not have to spend eternity paying for those crimes.
Norway Spreads Breivik Terror Probe into Europe
Norway’s police are contacting their counterparts throughout Europe as they step up the investigation into last week’s twin attacks on Oslo and Utoeya island that killed at least 76 people.
Norwegian authorities have asked the Czech police for information to help in the probe into the attacks by Anders Behring Breivik, police spokesman Jan Melsa said by phone fromPrague. The authorities in Luxembourg are also cooperating with Norway, according to a government statement, as are the U.K. intelligence services, Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said.
“That’s been part of the investigation so far: to speak with intelligence services in different countries, especially in Europe,” Stoltenberg told reporters in Oslo today. The probe is looking into “whether there are any links between the man that is arrested in Norway and any groups in other countries.”
Breivik wrote in a manifesto published before the attacks, the deadliest in Norway since World War II, that he’d been in contact with the English Defense League, which says it campaigns against Islamic extremism, and other groups across Europe. U.K. police are looking into possible links between British and Norwegian extremist groups, a spokesman for Prime Minister David Cameron said July 25.
The suspect was ordered to spend four weeks in isolation to avoid all chance of contact with potential accomplices. Breivik, who had earlier said he acted alone, told those questioning him there were “two cells in Norway and several cells around Europe and the Western world,” Geir Lippestad, Breivik’s defense lawyer, said in an interview yesterday.
“There is nothing that points to new cells as far as we know,” Siv Alsen, a spokeswoman for the Norwegian Police Security Service, said by phone today. “What we are of course investigating is if there are.”
The EDL said “anyone who expresses any extremist beliefs of any kind” is banned from its site.
In the 1,500-page English-language manifesto posted on the Internet hours before the killings, Breivik described nine years of planning for the attacks, which he said would form part of a crusade against “cultural Marxism” and the rising“Islamization” of Europe. He began writing it while he was still a member of Norway’s opposition Progress Party.
Breivik referred to the EDL throughout the manifesto and wrote of assistance from “brothers and sisters in England, France, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Spain, Finland,Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, the U.S. etc.”
The suspect e-mailed the manifesto to more than 1,000 people less than 1 1/2 hours before conducting the bomb attack, Tanguy Veys, a lawmaker from the Flemish nationalist Vlaams Belang party in Belgium, one of the recipients, said on hisTwitter account.
Austria contacted the Norwegian authorities on July 25 because it was mentioned and has not yet heard back from them, Rudolf Gollia, a spokesman for the Austrian Interior Ministry, said by phone today. Spokesman Klaus Kaartinen of Finland’s National Bureau of Investigation declined to comment on whether it is assisting the Norwegians, as did a spokeswoman for the French National Police.
“This whole case has indicated that he’s insane,”Lippestad said yesterday. Even so, “we still have to see the medical reports.” Breivik said he took drugs to boost his strength and stamina in the attacks, Lippestad said.
Judge Kim Heger told reporters on July 25 that while Breivik admitted to the dual attacks, he did not plead guilty.
“The operation was not intended to kill as many people as possible, but to give ‘a sharp signal’ to the people that can’t be misunderstood,” Heger cited Breivik as saying in court. “As long as the Labor Party follows its ideological line and continues to deconstruct Norwegian culture and import Muslims en masse they must take responsibility for this treason.”
Breivik can receive no visits, nor send or receive letters for the entire eight-week period of his pre-trial detention, Heger said.
Once Breivik has served his sentence, prosecutors could ask that he remain incarcerated on the grounds that he might commit another violent crime. Breivik would then need to be retried every five years, according to police spokeswoman Carol Sandbye.
Norwegian authorities will step up monitoring of extreme right-wing groups as a result of the attacks, Justice Minister Knut Storberget said yesterday.
“I view this case as so grotesque and so particular that it would be odd not to be concerned at any given time that others might get the same ideas,” he said.
“The purpose was not to look at the people who were buying these chemicals, but to look at the companies that were selling,” Alsen said yesterday. “There was no reason for further investigation.”
Polish police are questioning the owner of a company that sold legal chemicals to Breivik, Pawel Bialek, deputy head of the country’s internal security agency, said earlier this week.
Breivik bought 150 kilograms (330 pounds) of aluminum in 2010 at a Schenker terminal in Karlstad, Sweden, the newspaper Goeteborgs-Posten reported yesterday, citing Schenker spokesman Pierre Olsson. Breivik collected the aluminum and drove it back to Oslo, Olsson told the newspaper.
Breivik wrote in his manifesto wrote that he’d ordered“aluminum powder,” which when “mixed with ammonium nitrate will increase tertiary-charge sensitivity and increase demolition power by approximately 10-30 percent.”
Oslo police remain on high alert and the capital’s central station was briefly evacuated this morning after a suspicious suitcase was found on a bus. The station was reopened after nothing was found, according to train operator NSB.
“There is no estimate yet as we are not able to check the extent of the damage,” Frode Jacobsen, head of communications at the Ministry of Government, Administration, Reform and Church Affairs said by phone. “We are talking about 2,000 people that need to have a temporary location and we have to rebuild or fix the buildings.”
The oil, trade, justice, labor and health ministries and Stoltenberg’s office were worst hit and have been relocated, Jacobsen said.
The government is allocating 20 million kroner ($3.7 million) to the police, which will be used to hire 100 new recruits, Gry Jorunn Holmen, a spokeswoman for the police trade union, said by phone today.
Why is it that liberal politics have failed to thrive during the past two decades? And what's the future for liberalism..
Truly God was right when He said, "Thinking themselves wise, they have made themselves fools."

U.K. police are looking into possible links between British and Norwegian extremist groups, a spokesman for Prime Minister David Cameron said July 25.
‘Greatest Possible Loss’
Breivik, 32, began eight weeks of pre-trial detention yesterday after he admitted to carrying out the mass shooting on Utoeya and car-bombing in the government district of Oslo. He said he intended to inflict the “greatest possible loss” on the ruling Labor Party and halt what he sees as the“Islamization” of Norway and Europe. Police said they may seek to bring the country’s first charge of crimes against humanity against Breivik, with a maximum sentence of 30 years.
‘No Evidence’
“We can categorically state that there has never been any official contact between him and the EDL,” the group, created in June 2009, said in a statement on its website on July 24.“Our Facebook page had 100,000 supporters and receives tens of thousands of comments each day. There is no evidence that Breivik was ever one of those 100,000 supporters.”The EDL said “anyone who expresses any extremist beliefs of any kind” is banned from its site.
In the 1,500-page English-language manifesto posted on the Internet hours before the killings, Breivik described nine years of planning for the attacks, which he said would form part of a crusade against “cultural Marxism” and the rising“Islamization” of Europe. ‘Names From Facebook’
“He sent it to as many people as possible because he wanted someone to distribute this book after he was dead, because he thought he would be killed by the police,” Norwegian parliamentarian Jan Simonsen, another recipient, said by phone today. “He said that he got the names from Facebook.”Austria contacted the Norwegian authorities on July 25 because it was mentioned and has not yet heard back from them, Rudolf Gollia, a spokesman for the Austrian Interior Ministry, said by phone today. Spokesman Klaus Kaartinen of Finland’s National Bureau of Investigation declined to comment on whether it is assisting the Norwegians, as did a spokeswoman for the French National Police.
Search Continues
Armed with a pistol and semi-automatic rifle, Breivik killed 68 people at the island camp, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from Oslo. He killed eight more in a car-bombing earlier that day in the government district of the capital. The search for victims is still continuing in the waters around Utoeya.“This whole case has indicated that he’s insane,”Lippestad said yesterday. Even so, “we still have to see the medical reports.” Breivik said he took drugs to boost his strength and stamina in the attacks, Lippestad said.
Judge Kim Heger told reporters on July 25 that while Breivik admitted to the dual attacks, he did not plead guilty.

Breivik can receive no visits, nor send or receive letters for the entire eight-week period of his pre-trial detention, Heger said.
Crimes Against Humanity
If convicted on the two counts of terrorism he has been charged with, Breivik could receive a maximum sentence of 21 years in prison, Norway’s toughest punishment for such a crime. Police said they might seek to charge Breivik with crimes against humanity, a law that has never been applied in Norway.Once Breivik has served his sentence, prosecutors could ask that he remain incarcerated on the grounds that he might commit another violent crime. Breivik would then need to be retried every five years, according to police spokeswoman Carol Sandbye.

“I view this case as so grotesque and so particular that it would be odd not to be concerned at any given time that others might get the same ideas,” he said.
Interpol List
The Norwegian Police Security Service had not placed Breivik on a watch list or under surveillance after his name appeared on an Interpol list of individuals who had purchased chemicals over the internet, according to Alsen.“The purpose was not to look at the people who were buying these chemicals, but to look at the companies that were selling,” Alsen said yesterday. “There was no reason for further investigation.”
Polish police are questioning the owner of a company that sold legal chemicals to Breivik, Pawel Bialek, deputy head of the country’s internal security agency, said earlier this week.

No Cost Estimates
The authorities do not have an estimate for the costs incurred from the attacks and no decision has been made on whether to tear down or repair the damaged government buildings, Stoltenberg said today.“There is no estimate yet as we are not able to check the extent of the damage,” Frode Jacobsen, head of communications at the Ministry of Government, Administration, Reform and Church Affairs said by phone.

Rep. David Wu (D-Ore.) Pedophile Scandel
And the next congressman to leave in shame will be...
AP
Now, however, his political career has taken an all-too-predictable path: Top House Democrats are calling for the Ethics Committee to investigate him on allegations of sexual misconduct. And, like Rep. Anthony Weiner did just weeks before him, Wu is refusing to step down, despite calls for his resignation.
The seven-term congressman has been accused of engaging in an "aggressive and unwanted sexual encounter" last Thanksgiving with the teenage daughter of a longtime friend and campaign donor. Although refusing to resign, Wu's adviser has said the congressman will not run for reelection in 2012. Wu gave a brief comment on the accusations:
"This is very serious, and I have absolutely no desire to bring unwanted publicity, attention, or stress to a young woman and her family," he said.
However, publicity, attention and stress will all be heaped upon Wu now that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has called on the Ethics Committee to investigate the troubling allegations. And such scandals -- disturbingly frequent as they seem to be -- have determined paths: Pressure will mount for the embattled Wu to step down, and his chances of lasting until next year appear slim.
Democrats in his Oregon district plan to hold a vote of "No Confidence" in Wu; New York Rep. Steve Israel, who chairs the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, called the allegations "serious and disturbing"; top Democrats in Congress, Politico reports, told Wu "that he has no support." The death knell has sounded

Pelosi Seeks Ethics Investigation of Wu’s Conduct
By MICHAEL D. SHEAR
Democratic leaders in the House have called for an immediate ethics investigation into allegations that Representative David Wu, a Democrat from Oregon, engaged in unwanted sexual activity with a teenage daughter of a donor.
The allegations arose in a newspaper article in the Oregonian , which reported that a distraught young woman left a voicemail message at Mr. Wu’s Portland office accusing him of what the newspaper described as “aggressive and unwanted sexual behavior.”
Ms. Pelosi called for an investigation late Sunday night, saying: “With deep disappointment and sadness about this situation, I hope that the Ethics Committee will take up this matter.”
In a letter to the House ethics committee on Monday, Ms. Pelosi noted the press report and said an investigation “is warranted” to determine whether he “engaged in inappropriate activities.”
Mr. Wu could not be reached for comment. Messages left with his communications director in Washington were not returned.
The Oregonian quoted Mr. Wu as saying in a statement that ”This is very serious, and I have absolutely no desire to bring unwanted publicity, attention, or stress to a young woman and her family.”
The allegations are just the latest to question Mr. Wu’s fitness for office. Earlier this year, several of the congressman’s staff members resigned after they said he began acting erratically and sent emails to them, including one of himself dressed in a tiger suit.
That led to a public apology from Mr. Wu, a seven-term member of Congress, who blamed his actions on a difficult divorce from his wife late last year.
“This was a very difficult time in my life,” Wu told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on “Good Morning, America” in February. “Last October was not a good month. It was very stressful. I did some things; I said some things which I sincerely regret now.”
The Oregonian did not reveal the identity of the young woman who has accused Mr. Wu, and said her age was uncertain but that she had graduated from high school and had registered to vote this summer. They described her as “the daughter of a longtime friend and campaign donor.”
The paper wrote that “One person who heard the voice mail described the woman as upset, breathing heavily and ‘distraught.’ In the voice mail, the young woman accused Wu of aggressive and unwanted sexual behavior.”
Politico reported Monday that an unnamed adviser to Mr. Wu said the congressman will not run for reelection in the wake of the latest scandal, but will not resign from office immediately.
“He hasn’t done anything that rises to the level of requiring him to resign,” the unnamed adviser told Politico.

Obama's New Debt Ceiling Powers
Obama graciously accept the expanded power of the executive branch. The House realize Obama need emergency debt power to make moves like the international player he is.
WASHINGTON — With time growing short and warnings more dire, the first, fragile signs emerged Thursday of a possible compromise to raise the nation's debt limit and avert a potentially catastrophic default on Aug. 2.
Under a plan discussed by the Senate's top two leaders, President Barack Obama would receive enhanced authority to raise the debt limit at the same time procedures would be set in motion that could lead to federal spending cuts.
Word that Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and Republican leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky were at work on the fallback plan came as Obama and congressional leaders met for a fifth straight day in debt-crisis talks at the White House.
McConnell pronounced the session a good one and said, "We're going to continue to discuss a way forward over the next couple of days and see what happens."
A White House official said congressional leaders would consult with their rank-and-file members on the spending cuts and tax increases proposed by one side or the other so far, and negotiators would
probably meet during the weekend.
Obama was slated to hold a presss conference Friday to address the status of negotiations at 11 a.m. ET.
Obama has a mandate from the citizens of Amerabia to do whatever he sees fit to do to make substantial and permanent Change to his Kingdom. He will soon order Congress to be disbanded and rule all matters himself, no matter how small. The word of Obama is Law. Insurrection and noncompliance will be punished severely.
Praise Obama!
Strong leaders need emergency powers to deal with any crisis that may arise. Socialism calls for bold moves and inconvenient things like deliberative bodies will only stifle progress. A leader like Obama only comes around once in a generation and we need to clear the road for them.

Here’s a review of one Rabushka’s plays with prominent homo-erotic overtones
Here’s a review of one Rabushka’s plays with prominent homo-erotic overtones …
Jerry Rabushka’s show is more a comedy/drama with songs than a traditional musical. Created by Rabushka’s St. Louis-based theater, Ragged Blade Production, Love of Last Resort brings together Mr. Disappointed and Mr. Lonesome on an abandoned gay resort island in for an extended courtship that makes Cyrano de Bergerac’s fervent campaign for Rosalinda’s hand seem like lollygagging.
The show has a kindly, concerned heart that glimmers attractively from within a conventional and predictable play. (Rabushka is resident playwright and artistic director of Ragged Blade, which aims its material basically to gay, lesbian and transgendered audiences.) For the Fringe, Last Resort is presented at Below Zero Lounge.
Josh (Zach Jett) has been stuck alone at White Dove Cove for three years. But he has made the best of things. He takes cues from Martha Stewart Living Magazine on how to make what he needs to survive. But Martha would never approve of the ratty set that serves as the interior of Josh’s hut, supposedly inspired by her magazine. Gosh, Josh doesn’t even make his bed to keep things prim and tidy the way Martha would have it.
To entertain himself Josh takes on a variety of personalities and puts on television shows for himself starring his various selves. Unfortunately, none of this turns out to be hilarious enough to evoke one decent guffaw from the audience of 18 men on Friday night.
Into this self-sufficient but sexually starved paradise washes up the melancholy Matt (Tim Keough). Mourning the dissolution of his failed gay relationship, to escape all the bed-hopping on a sex-obsessed gay cruise ship, he cast himself adrift. In a cogent observation of the insensitivity of his fellow passengers, Matt says, in the best line of the play, that his leave-taking was “seen by everyone and noticed by no one.”
As soon as Josh revives Matt, he launches one campaign after another to seduce him into loving him — or at least to having sex with him. This includes casting Matt as a porn star in a fantasy show and another instance of some role-playing in which Josh encourages Matt to play out his failed relationship to heal himself. Matt’s decision to engage in the review of his life only makes him vulnerable to another of Josh’s forays into attempted seduction.
Jett establishes some sexual tension in the energy he brings to Josh’s non-stop panting for Matt. While there is some closed-mouth kissing, there are no graphic sexual scenes. Keough does make Matt’s depression quite pronounced with his sullen attitude, glances of distrust and stiff body language expressed whenever Josh’s advances become too invasive. But these engaged performances do not trump what is a commonplace play.
While Rabushka labors to make sincere points about the importance of individuality, the power of acceptance and recovering trust after undergoing traumatic experiences, the play over-extends what might have been a perfectly effective 30-minute character study into a 90-minute trial of patience.
While Rabushka labors to make sincere points about the importance of individuality, the power of acceptance and recovering trust after undergoing traumatic experiences, the play over-extends what might have been a perfectly effective 30-minute character study into a 90-minute trial of patience.
It’s not giving too much away to say that, as in most two-character shows, there’s the convention of turning the besieged, oppressed character — Matt in this case — into the dominant player. In what is supposed to be the big dramatic moment, it doesn’t come as much of a surprise to learn that Josh is not just assuming various personalities merely to entertain himself. Right on schedule comes the inevitable revelation about Josh’s true, hidden self. Of course, only in theater does such instant therapy lead to an unconvincing fairy tale ending in which both Josh and Matt become a Prince Charming to one another.
Frank Weltner has also been a notable radical Right Wing activist in the National Alliance, and also via the National Vanguard, a white supremacist Web site and movement. He has also operated under the nickname of “Couch Potato” on WGNU radio since 1992; and when he was jewwatch.com’s main administrative contact he was listed as the copyright holder and technical contact for several other racialist and anti-Semitic websites, including www.enslavementofmankind.com and www.ethnicsurvivalkit.com.This leads on to the 2008 conviction of Kevin Strom for possession of kiddie porn. Kevin Strom has been cited as the protege of Dr William Pierce, the renowned author of the Turner Diaries. Strom founded the National Vanguard, after his split from the West Virginia based National Alliance.
Here’s an article on Strom’s trial and conviction for possession of kiddie porn …
Protesting descriptions of himself in the media as a neo-Nazi and white supremacist, Kevin Alfred Strom, 51, pleaded guilty today to one count of possession of child pornography in U.S. District Court in Charlottesville. As part of his plea, four counts of receiving child porn were dismissed .
Strom could receive a maximum of 10 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced April 21. He was indicted January 3, 2007 and has been in jail for over a year.
In October, Judge Norman K. Moon threw out two charges against Strom for enticing a minor to perform sexual acts after the prosecution’s details about his alleged obsession with a 10-year-old Orange County girl fell short of the judge’s view of a compelling case.
Former wife Elisha Strom testified about finding Strom in their Stanardsville home naked and aroused with photos on his computer of teen girls, who were singers in the white nationalist movement and whose heads were superimposed onto the bodies of even younger girls. A separate charge of witness intimidation, an alleged physical attack on Mrs. Strom, was also dismissed.
Mrs. Strom was in court today to watch her husband plead guilty, and afterward, sat down with the Hook for an exclusive interview.
Kevin Strom founded the National Vanguard, a white nationalist organization dedicated to protecting the rights and racial purity of Caucasians, after his split with the West Virginia-based National Alliance. Before his ouster from the National Alliance, Strom was seen as the group’s intellectual leader and the protege of its founder, William Pierce, whose book, The Turner Diaries, blamed Jews, foreigners, and blacks for America’s ills and inspired homegrown terrorist Timothy McVeigh.
When Judge Moon asked Kevin Strom whether he’d been threatened to agree to plead guilty, Strom said he had received threats in jail, but he doesn’t think they’re about his guilty plea.
“They have more to do with the media describing me as a white supremacist,” declared Strom, who advocates separate areas for “endangered” whites. “I deeply resent the way I’ve been characterized in the press. I’m no more a white supremacist than the Dalai Lama is.
One of the more notorious White Nationalists in America
One of the more notorious White Nationalists in America has been the “dual seedline”/Christian Identity cultist Frank Weltner who hails from St. Louis, Missouri, and got renown largely because his www.Jewwatch.com site somewhat mysteriously got to the top of google search for “Jew” in 2004, shortly after he took it over from “dual seedline”/Christian Identity pastor Willie Martin.
But what’s more to the point and a bit closer to the bone is the fact that Weltner has been cited as a homosexual, and charged with living openly with a gay Jewish man, Jerry Rabushka, co-founder of Ragged Blade Productions, a St. Louis based theatre company, prior to adopting his role of hard core race baiter and Jew hater on the jewwatch.org site.
Quote:
Here’s a link to Weltner’s blog that exposes his blind, blanket, irrational, and rabidly racist “dual seedline” religious beliefs, which effectively ultimately leave cultist of his ilk obligated to eradicate from the planet everyone not of Anglo-Saxon racial origin, especially Jews, Blacks, and “Muds” …
Weltner’s religious beliefs fall largely within the category of the judaized Christian Identity/ British Israel religious movements, outlined in these articles …
Quote:
“Frank Weltner did not always have such extreme anti-Semitic views. For several years Weltner lived with an openly gay Jewish man named Jerry Rabushka. Rabushka and Mr Weltner [of St. Louis, Missouri] each half owned the 3 bedroom home in which they lived.Despite Weltner’s tirade against Jews and other minorities, homosexuals have never been one of Weltner’s targets. Rabushka says their relationship dissolved when Weltner’s views became more extreme.”— Jerry Stein

Feds pay for study of gay men’s penis sizes
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) subsidized a study attempting to find out if a gay man’s penis size has any correlation with his sexual health.
The research, titled “The Association between Penis Size and Sexual Health among Men Who Have Sex with Men,” began in 2006 and surveyed 1,065 gay men. Among its key findings: Those gay men who felt they had small or inadequate penis sizes were more likely to become “bottoms,” or anal receptive, while gay men with larger penises were more likely to identify themselves as “tops,” or anal insertive.
Another discovery from the research: men with smaller penises were more likely to be psychologically troubled than those with larger genitalia. The goal of the study was to understand the “real individual-level consequences of living in a penis-centered society.”
The researchers at Hunter College Center for HIV/AIDS Educational Studies Training (CHEST) got taxpayer money as part of an NIH grant that went to Public Health Solutions and the National Development and Research Institutes, Inc. (NDRI).
NDRI has received taxpayer money since 1985 for “behavioral science research on drug abuse, AIDS and crime.” NIH records show that NDRI has received more than $15 million since 2000.
The gay men penis-size study falls under the NDRI’s drug abuse, AIDS and crime research category. In 2006, the year the organization started funding the penis-size research, it received $899,769 in taxpayer money. (Woman tries to sell three-day-old infant to Taco Bell customer)
Grant records indicate that NIH funds NDRI wth taxpayer dollars in order to “prepare behavioral scientists, especially from minority backgrounds, for careers in drug abuse research and allied fields” — a goal accomplished by “recruiting and appointing promising scientists, half from minority backgrounds, for traineeships,” giving them “advanced training in substantive topics and theory, research methods and practices, and the ethical conduct of research,” and by ”mentoring and advising trainees.”
“We’ve got nameless, faceless bureaucrats who thought this was a good use of taxpayer money,” says Andrea Lafferty, president of the Traditional Values Coalition, which surfaced the penis-size study. “But, at the end of the day, it was the NIH directors who signed off on it. These nameless, faceless bureacrats seem to think the American taxpayers are a limitless ATM machine.”

I would like to share with you about Democratic Underground
C&P STORY
I wrote this rant in my blog about Democratic Underground which should be enough to see. The reason I wrote it is because I happened to agree with Jane Hamsher about Obama’s suporters are “the stupidest motherfuckers in the planet” (paraphrased). Guess what? I agree. I would like to add that the “true Democrats” that still remains in Democratic Underground happen to be the stupidest motherfuckers to remain loyal to the board when the board’s owners have betrayed many people, banned people, and just ignore the requests for reinstatement because they just don’t want to “deal with it anymore”.
While I was a member of DU (past, present and future), there’s always a schmuck (or two) that just doesn’t let you exist past the first few posts if the new user rubs them the “wrong way” – then a few minutes later, I get the Tombstone pizza. This has been happening to me since January when I wrote a very long rant in Democratic Underground suggesting that a primary from the left of Obama would be, indeed, advisable to get Obama to stop kissing Republican’s asses and giving away the boat and leaving us with a extremely old and rusty anchor. That was soon locked because the moderator “claimed” for me to advocate 3rd party. Nowhere in that (since deleted) post I made did I ever suggest a 3rd party – all I suggested was a Democratic primary to the left. Noooo, but Obama is GOD, they said – so they locked the thread, and on my farewell post (again since deleted – those mods are heavily in scrubbing mode) that I never suggested that there should be 3rd party primary.
That was the last post as a member that was in good standing for over 8 years, and 20,000 posts. And what do I get – an unceremonious kick to the corner. No “come back, please stay”, or anything like that. Since then I’ve been in a lurk mode, and been DYING to say stuff that I normally say for the last 8 years of my life that was my lifeblood – Democratic Underground.
No more. I’m done with Democratic Underground. I’m declaring it a right-wing haven that is extremely dangerous for those who are against Obama which many, many disaffectionated Democrats are rapidly becoming – and do you think that’s fair to THEM that the administrators (Skinner, EarlG and Elad) are just abandoning true blue liberals in favor for right-wing fucknuts? New people are suddenly “mainstays” are, in fact, trolls that has no business being in DU. If I was administrator, a lot of those new trolls would have been banned a long time ago.
Democratic Underground, in other words, are sell-outs. Many have fled DU and found homes elsewhere. One such home is Old Elm Tree run by several ex-DU’ers that have been banned, but created the forum in 2008 as a alternative to DU. Old Elm Tree has established their own identity and has been a welcome home to many ex DU’ers.

Communist Party USA Endorses Barack Obama and Democrats For 2012
Obama just received a critical endorsement, The Communist Party USA. The Communist Party USA leader, Sam Webb, explains why he will continue to support Obama and Democrats in 2012. The Communist Party USA has consistently supported and infiltrated the Democratic Party.
Also note, Sam Webb, the leader of the party, called Obama a friend back in 2008.
http://politicons.net/congrats-communist-party-usa-endorses-barack-obama-and-democrats-for-2012-election/
It is obvious that there is a growing feeling of frustration and even anger among supporters of the Democratic Party with its performance over the past two years.
AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, speaking for the labor movement, strongly expressed this unhappiness in some recent speeches.
I am disappointed too with some aspects of the Obama administration’s domestic and foreign policy.
But I don’t forget that this administration governs in a very hostile political environment in which the right is laboring overtime to wreck its initiatives at every step of the way.
In addition, there are the structural pressures of governing in a capitalist economy and state.
Then there are conservative pressures coming from some congressional Democrats and members of the administration.
Everything can’t be explained away by the objective context, however. The president and his administration can be faulted for a number of policy decisions.
But the main question from a strategic point of view is this: Does it make any difference, from the standpoint of the class and democratic struggles, which party gains political ascendency?
Some – though not the labor movement nor other mass organizations of the American people – say no, it doesn’t.
Some even go a step further and say a Democratic victory creates popular illusions, which in turn weaken the people’s struggles. And the only way out of this vise is to form a third party now.
Communists don’t agree with either one of these views. In our view, the differences between the two parties of capitalism are of consequence to class and democratic struggles.
Neither party is anti-capitalist, but they aren’t identical either. Differences exist at the levels of policy and social composition. And despite the many frustrations of the past two years, the election of Barack Obama was historic and gave space to struggle for a people’s agenda.
If, on the other hand, the Republicans had been victorious in 2008 the character of class and democratic struggles would have unfolded very differently. Our movement would have been on the defensive from Day One, the Democrats would be running for cover, and the Republicans would have an unfettered hand in their efforts to liquidate the welfare state, roll back the rights revolution of the 1930s and 1960s, and crush the people’s movement – labor in the first place.
As for the wisdom of a third party, we have always advocated the formation of an independent people’s party at the core of which are the working class and labor, racially and nationally oppressed people, women, youth, immigrants, seniors, gay and straight, etc. It is essential for any deep-going social change. But its realization depends on more than our desire, more than our political-ideological attitude. Millions who have to be at the core of this party still operate under the umbrella of the Democratic Party, albeit increasingly in an independent fashion.
Moreover, to separate ourselves at this moment from these forces would be contrary to our strategic policy of building maximum unity against right-wing extremism now and in next year’s elections.
Now that doesn’t mean that we give up our advocacy of an independent people’s party, but we also understand that its formation is dictated by concrete political realities and strategic necessities. Nor does it mean that we hit the mute button when the Obama administration takes positions that we don’t agree with. Just as we show no hesitation in supporting, and fighting for, the administration’s progressive initiatives, we should have no compunction about taking issue with the administration when it takes positions that we don’t agree on.
Which is what we have done.
When someone says we are not critical of the administration what they usually mean is that our criticism isn’t as sweeping and categorical as they would like.
We make criticisms, but we do it in a certain context and with a certain strategic objective in mind. We are keenly aware of the fact that the agenda of the far right is to bring this administration and country to its knees, with a heavy dose of racism, lies and economic sabotage, setting the stage for a full blown return to power of the most reactionary, racist, anti-labor, anti-women, homophobic and militarist grouping in U.S. politics.
We want no part of that. We don’t have any illusions about the Democratic Party, but we don’t have any illusions about the Republican Party either.
Furthermore, we are also aware of the undeniable fact that no other party besides the Democratic Party stands a chance of beating the GOP next year.
I’m sure Obama will win in 2012 now.. yeah right.
Also note, Sam Webb, the leader of the party, called Obama a friend back in 2008.

We are keenly aware of the fact that the agenda of the far right is to bring this administration and country to its knees, with a heavy dose of racism, lies and economic sabotage, setting the stage for a full blown return to power of the most reactionary, racist, anti-labor, anti-women, homophobic and militarist grouping in U.S. politics.

'Anonymous' Hackers Arrested in Nationwide Sweep
Sixteen suspected members of "Anonymous" were arrested this morning in states including Florida, New Jersey and California, in what appears to be a nationwide takedown of the notorious hacking group, FoxNews.com has exclusively learned.
The arrests and the 30 to 40 search warrants issued by the feds Tuesday are part of an ongoing investigation into Anonymous, which has claimed responsibility for numerous cyberattacks against a variety of websites including Visa and Mastercard.
Fourteen of the arrests were identified in the same indictment, while two separate criminal complaints filed out of courts in Newark, N.J., and Tampa, Fla., name the two other alleged hackers. All are believed to have been involved in carrying out nationwide coordinated distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks on multiple high-profile, billion-dollar companies.
Some of the arrests were out of the San Francisco field office, sources said, activity that followed searches earlier in the day in the New York area at residences believed to be associated with members of the hacking collective, FoxNews.com has learned.
“I can confirm that we’re conducting law enforcement actions relating to a criminal investigation,” said Alicia Sensibaugh, a spokeswoman for FBI’s San Francisco office, out of which sources said multiple search warrants were executed Tuesday morning.
Earlier in the day, the FBI executed search warrants at the New York homes -- two in Long Island, N.Y., and one in Brooklyn, N.Y. -- of three suspected members of Anonymous, FoxNews.com reported.
More than 10 FBI agents arrived at the Baldwin, N.Y., home of Giordani Jordan with a search warrant for computers and computer-related accessories, removing at least one laptop from the premises.
The Anonymous group is a loose collection of cybersavvy activists inspired by WikiLeaks and its flamboyant head Julian Assange to fight for "Internet freedom" -- along the way defacing websites, shutting down servers, and scrawling messages across screens web-wide.
The Anonymous vigilante group recently turned its efforts to the Arizona police department, posting personal information of law officers and hacking and defacing websites in response, the group claims, to the state's controversial SB1070 immigration law.
While Anonymous is largely a politically motivated organization, splinter group LulzSec -- which dominated headlines in the spring for a similar streak of cyberattacks -- was largely in it for the thrills.
The metropolitan police in London arrested the first alleged member of the LulzSec group on June 20, a 19-year-old teen named Ryan Cleary. Subsequent sweeps through Italy and Switzerland in early July led to the arrests of 15 more people -- all between the ages of 15 and 28 years old.
The two groups are responsible for a broad spate of digital break-ins targeting governments and large corporations, including Japanese technology giant Sony, the U.S. Senate, telecommunications giant AT&T, Fox.com, and other government and private entities.
